The firm enhances strategy, planning, business development, and operations through its three practice areas:

National and International Security Consulting

  • Provides a unique resource for the planning, conduct, and support for intelligence, defense, law enforcement, and homeland security programs.  
  • Generates and facilitates business development opportunities for corporate and other private sector clients supporting national security interests.
  • Identifies and addresses policy, legal, and operational issues relating to current and emerging national security challenges to day-to-day operations.
  • Builds a new and timely focus to further public-private partnerships at the intersection of national security and private sector interests.

Counseling, Compliance, and Regulatory Practice

  • Assesses corporate and government operations and governance and develops solutions to problems, including those that raise systemic concerns or cross organizational lines.
  • Anticipates and addresses crisis management challenges in external and internal investigations, litigation, and congressional or other inquiries.
  • Enhances client efforts to inform and help shape policies on policy, regulatory, and legislative initiatives, negotiations, and agreements on matters of domestic and international significance, including initiatives to foster relations abroad.

Education and Training

  • Develops and provides education and training to improve understanding of the laws, policies, and other requirements that govern intelligence and other national security agencies, and on client internal compliance and governance.
  • Broadens client capabilities to identify, develop, and manage government and business relationships in light of policy, legal, and operational requirements and implications relating to national security interests affecting public and private sector clients.
